Boston, MA. symphonic metallers have announced they are on an indefinite hiatus they made the announcement with the following post on Facebook:
“All good things must come to an end.” That being said it is with a heavy heart that we announce Anaria will go on an indefinite hiatus. As musicians and as people we’re constantly growing both creatively and emotionally. Thanks to all of you, Anaria has had opportunities we’ll all cherish til we reach our final days. We had hoped our “Re-Birth” would allow us to feel reborn musically however we’re stuck in a position in which we feel we must move on and leave the integrity of Anaria’s symphonic metal roots intact. We were fortunate enough to raise just enough money to record one last single as we bid you adieu for the time being. The track will be available free to all of our fundraiser donors. It will be available on all music outlets for download as soon as it is completed. This does not mean the death of Anaria. We intend to re-ignite the fire in the future, but we’re not sure when. We felt it would be fair to all of our long time supporters and fans to let you know where we stand. This time off will allow us to focus on our minds, bodies, and souls. There are no words that can describe the love we have for all of you that have been at our side throughout our experience as a band. We hope that your love and support continues as we are making ourselves better people. Thank You. We Love You.
– Jess, Dan, Christian, and Andrew
Dan Spinney – Guitar
Andrew DeCicco – Bass
Christian LeCour – Drums
There’s nothing more we can add at this time that the post doesn’t say. We wish all the members of Anaria the best going forward and who knows maybe we’ll see them again soon.
